Mitch Kupchak has given notice to the Lakers players that a trade might be a possibility - if that's what he feels would shake the team up a notch.
"Yes ... I may have to look into a trade, but I'm not saying we have" talked to other teams yet, Kupchak said, according to the LA Times newspaper. "We have not been playing up to our level and I don't know why. Maybe it's complacency. I'm not sure."
Team's on notice: shape up, or you might be shipped out.
