46 is the pseudonym used by one of the guys who's helped out with the writing here on occasions (especially with the tongue-in-cheek power rankings we did). So... for the NBA Playoffs, he did a "classic match-ups" thematic on them. Here they are, complete with video.
Eastern Conference Playoffs
1. Cavs vs 8. Pistons = Killer Whale Versus Seal. Cavs as the Killer Whale looks like a right old mauling and will probarly just toy with the opposition. Warning: Not for the faint of heart!
Cavs 4-1
2. Boston vs 7. Bulls: Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant. The Bulls as Hulk Hogan face a formidable foe, the biggest, baddest thing on the planet. Whatcha gonna do brother??
Boston 4-3
3. Magic vs 6. 76ers - Monkey Vs Robot. Nothing really besides it should be fun to watch. No one knows what could happen...
Magic 4-2
4. Hawks vs 5. Heat is Alien Versus Predator. Whoever wins, we lose.
Heat 4-2.
Western Conference Playoffs
1. Lakers vs 8. Jazz - Shark vs Kayak. Pretty obvious how this will end!
Lakers 4-1
2. Nuggets vs 7. Hornets... Star Trek vs Star Wars. Very evenly matched up. The Nuggets as Star Trek seem to have had some sort of reemergence as of late whilst the Hornets as Star Wars have been stumbling for some time now. Plus Chris Paul may as well be Yoda, the force is strong in him.

3. Spurs vs 6. Dallas. Grumpy Old Men. Two Guys who have had many battles over the years and are going at it one more time.
Spurs 4-3
4. Blazers vs 5. Rockets. Batman vs Harvey Two Face.
The Rockets as Harvey Two-face have the scars to prove the pain, but are still a worthy adversary for Portland's Batman. It will take all of Batman's skill to stop Harvey.
